The Meeker County Detention Center is a member of VINE, a free, anonymous, computer based service that provides victims with two important services: information and notification.
The Minnesota State Victim Notification Service (VINE) is a service through which victims of crime can use the telephone or internet to search for information regarding their offender's custody status and register to receive telephone and email notifications when the offender's custody status changes.
VINE will allow you to leave a phone number where you can be reached when an offender is released or transferred.
You can call 877-664-8463 from a touch-tone phone and follow the directions given. Operator support is available for those needing assistance, or you can contact Meeker County Victim Services at 320-693-5220 for assistance. Assistance is available is English and Spanish.
Do not depend on VINE or any other single program for your protection. Make VINE a part of your safety plan.
