September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

Suicide Prevention Materials and Resources are available through the MN Dept. of Health Website. Resources are available for Crisis Response, Communities, and Schools.

An Evening of Education 2021- 2B Continued

2B Continued is a nonprofit in memory of Shelly "Teuby" Teubert. Its mission is to increase awareness of suicide prevention, mental health & wellness through advocacy, education, and outreach. One of the main reasons for officially starting a nonprofit was to continue to host an annual continuing education conference for professionals (target audience is healthcare, behavioral health, educators, law enforcement officers, clergy, and anyone with an interest in the topic).

The Evening of Education 2021 is a casual conference (bring your own lawn chairs if you'd like!) in the gigantic commercial building at the McLeod County Fairgrounds on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, from 4-9 pm. There are also optional pre-conference self-care activities for those who wish to destress before the conference! We have some really dynamic speakers who will present information on timely topics.
