Notice: Ellsworth Township Election of Officers and Annual & Canvas Meetings

We will elect one Supervisor for a three-year term and one Clerk for a two-year term.

Candidates wanting to run for township office can file with the township clerk, by appointment, between December 30, 2025, and January 13, 2026.  
Call Jilann Axt at 651-925-6148 to make an appointment or the clerk will be at the town hall from 1 PM to 5 PM on January 13th, 2026, at which time application time is complete. Applicants can withdraw up until 5 PM on January 15, 2026.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the qualified voters of Ellsworth Township, Meeker County, State of MN, that the Annual Election of township officers and Annual Township Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.  Election poll hours will be from 4 PM - 8 PM, at which time the voters will elect one Supervisor for a three-year term and one Clerk for a two-year term.

The Canvas Meeting will be held immediately following the Annual Meeting.  The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 PM to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.

The Annual Election, Annual Meeting and Canvas Meeting will be held at the Ellsworth Township Hall, 19258 CSAH 9, Darwin, MN.
