Immunizations/Vaccinations

The following people are eligible for immunizations and vaccinations: Infants, children, and students - if they have no insurance or their health insurance does not cover the vaccine. If under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have the proper written consent.

Post-secondary and adults: if they have no insurance or their health insurance does not cover the vaccine. Please call regarding vaccine availability. 320-693-5370

October 7: 9-11 am
October 27: 2-4 pm
November 4: 9-11 am
November 17: 2-4 pm
December 2: 9-11 am
December 15: 2-4 pm

Please bring immunization card with you to the appointment. If you recently moved or have your child's previous immunizations record, please bring that at well.  Costs are: children $10/vaccine and adults $20/vaccine. We accept cash or check. Nobody will be turned away regardless of financial status or inability to pay.
