Administrator
The County Administrator manages all the affairs of the county which the County Board of Commissioners has authority to control.

Aquatic Invasive Species
Meeker County operates an Aquatic Invasive Species Management and Prevention Program, which is solely funded by State AIS Prevention aid. The county aims to mitigate the impacts of invasives species and prevent their spread through our seasonal watercraft inspections, community grants, outreach, surveying and monitoring.

Assessor
The Assessor's Office directs, plans, and supervises the appraisal, valuation, and classification of all property in Meeker County, as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes and directives of the Commissioner of Revenue.

Attorney
The County Attorney is an elected official for a four-year term. The duties and responsibilities of this office are provided by statute. The most prevalent function of the County Attorney is that of prosecutor. All felony and juvenile offenses are handled by the County Attorney or her Assistant.

Land Use Records
The Meeker County Land Use Records department manages the creation and application of size and use restrictions imposed upon land owners in the county in accordance with the Meeker County Zoning Ordinance.

Probation
Often referred to as the Probation department, the Probation Agents in this office work very closely with District Court as well as law enforcement officials and handle all juveniles and adults misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor cases.

The Meeker County Law Library is a Free Self-Help Resource which is accessible to all members of the public. Located on the 2nd Floor of the Meeker County Courthouse, the Law Library offers the use of a publicly accessible computer with free access to Westlaw, a subscription based resource to find caselaw, statutes, and more, as well as many helpful books, pamphlets, and other paper resources for both civil and criminal law. The County Recorder's office acts as the care-taker of all records of the county pertaining to land titles and transfers.
