  • Adoption 
  • Social Services Assistance 
  • Financial Assistance 
  • Health (adult mental health, aging, disability)
  • Licensing (childcare, foster care, therapists)


 Making a Request for  Health & Human Services Data:

 

If you are requesting data from the Health & Human Services Department, you may do so using one of the following options: 

  1.       Preferably, make a data request using the Meeker County HHS Data Request Policy and Form and e-mail to hhs.info@co.meeker.mn.us.
  2.       Describe the data you are requesting as specifically as possible, including dates, locations, keywords, or other parameters of your desired request. You may deliver that request in any of the following ways:
