Meeker County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff Brian Cruze is the 28th Sheriff of Meeker County. The Meeker County Sheriff's Office is comprised of dedicated sworn, civilian and volunteer staff who provide professional law enforcement services to the people of Meeker County. The divisions within the Sheriff's Office include: patrol, investigations, communications, corrections, administration, records, water patrol, ATV and snowmobile patrol, court security, reserve deputies and mounted posse.

Subject: Meeker County Sheriff’s Office Launches RAVE Alerts and Encourages Registration to Strengthen Emergency Communications.

The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office has launched RAVE alerts, a new mass notification system designed to deliver timely and reliable emergency information to residents, businesses, and visitors. RAVE Alerts allows public safety officials to quickly send emergency notifications and other critical information via text message, phone call, and email.

Residents are encouraged to sign up for RAVE Alerts to receive these important notifications. Registration takes only a few minutes and can make a significant difference in an emergency.

Ways to register:

  • Text “Meeker” to 78015 from your cell phone to begin the registration process. You may then click on the link in the reply text message to complete registration.
  • Go to Meeker County Sheriff’s Office website and click on Register Now under the RAVE information.
  • Click on the shared link on the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
